The Postal Security Incident Reporting Platform (PSIRP) is a secure digital platform developed to enable licensed postal and courier operators to report, track, and manage postal security incidents directly with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
The platform is intended for licensed postal and courier operators regulated under the Postal Services Act 2012. Authorized personnel from these organisations can access the platform to submit and monitor incident reports.
Licensees should report any postal security-related incidents that may affect the safety, integrity, or reliability of postal and courier services and the network. This may include suspicious parcels, prohibited items, mail tampering, theft, loss, or other security breaches.
